Nice view with awesome location but service is something that needed much improvement despite of informing multiple times television was not fixed neither were the geysers working properly and no one was answering to room service calls for more than one time. Neither was the gym available even though it was mentioned in amenities so I would say apart from the location nothing was right.

So the rooms are spacious and bathroom is decent. They have geyser in the rooms. The rooms are very dirty. They give the same used blankets. They don’t provide fresh blankets. When asked them to change the blanket they said “NO”. They clean the blankets in the month of May and June. We are using the same blankets used by other people. View from the room is absolutely gorgeous. I would say you can stay but carry your blanket and heater. It’s way to pricy compared to the facilities given.

The rooms are very neat and clean. The property is right on the mall road which is the prime location, however if u are hiring a scooty things can't get more difficult, since rental scooty is not allowed inside mall road you need to walk everytime.
